I stand for honest and attentive communication and promote this in my work as a coach and trainer. Together with my clients, I explore what meaning they attach to their work and life and how they want to express what is important to them.
Before becoming self-employed, I worked in corporate as a manager, coach and trainer. I was also a board member at a non-profit organisation for several years. I work both in an international context with MBA students and board members and locally with professionals and long-term unemployed people, which allows me to use a broad frame of reference in my coaching.
My collaboration partners include UNLOQ, Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University), Maastricht University and Global Coach Group.
Recurring feedback from clients and colleagues is that I am open-minded and flexible, get to the core quickly and have a good sense of what is needed. Whether it's supervision, leadership development, career coaching or change issues, my strength is letting people experience in a positive and practical way how they can grow in who and what they are.
I am a Professional Certified Coach through ICF, certified e-coach (level III), and certified in Inclusion Coaching, Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching and Global Coach Group Leadership coaching.
